According to the data as of December 31,2022, Public holdings value in the company's convertible bonds series 1 (ISIN No. IL0053902164) was approximately NIS 0.037 million, meaning less than NIS 1.6 million as required in the maintenance rules.

In accordance with the regulation on this matter, bond 1 will be delisted from TASE on February 28, 2023. Last trading day will be on February 26, 2023.
