Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

The Company provides notification of the following transactions undertaken outside of a market venue relating to the below named PDMRs and their respective interests in the ordinary shares of nominal value 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") (ISIN: GB00BVFNZH21).  

The transactions arise in respect of the 2024 annual award of free Shares made on 8 April 2024 under the Company's HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan ('SIP') and the Global Employee Share Plan ('GESP') to qualifying employees, including the PDMRs. The level of award granted to participants was calculated in accordance with the SIP and GESP rules and based on a Share price of £3.2568.
