Date of grant is 6 April 2022; share price of £3.2588.

Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

The Company provides notification of the following transactions undertaken outside of a market venue relating to the below named PDMRs and their respective interests in the ordinary shares of nominal value 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") (ISIN: GB00BVFNZH21).  

The transactions arise in respect of the 2022 annual award of free Shares made on 6 April 2022 under the Company's HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan ('SIP') and Overseas Profit-Linked Share Scheme ('OPLSS') to qualifying employees, including the PDMRs. The level of award granted to participants was calculated in accordance with the SIP and OPSS rules and based on a Share price of £3.2588.
