Rotork makes the following notification in accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.

As at 31 December 2025, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprised 828,794,806 ordinary shares of 0.5p each.

The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 31 December 2025 was 828,794,806 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they should determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
