Rotork plc ('Rotork' or 'Company'), the global provider of mission-critical intelligent flow control solutions, announces that Tim Cobbold has advised the Board that he will step down as a director of Rotork with effect from 31 December 2024.  

Dorothy Thompson CBE, Chair of Rotork, said: "Since joining Rotork, Tim has made a significant contribution to the Board, particularly in his roles as Designated Non-Executive for Workforce Engagement, Chair of the Remuneration Committee and latterly also as Senior Independent Director. I would like to thank Tim for his invaluable support and his sage insights throughout his time with Rotork. When he leaves the Board at the end of December after 6 years, it will be with our sincere thanks and best wishes for the future."
