Rotork plc ('Rotork' or 'Company'), the global provider of mission-critical intelligent flow control solutions, announces that, following his upcoming appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Melrose Industries Plc, Peter Dilnot has decided to step down as a director of Rotork with effect from 31 December 2023.  

Dorothy Thompson CBE, Chair of Rotork, said: "I would like to thank Peter for his wise counsel and significant contribution to Rotork since I joined the Rotork Board last year. I know that both the Board and our executive leadership have benefitted greatly from his advice, his experience and his expertise over the past 6 years. When he leaves the Board at the end of this year it will be with our sincere thanks and best wishes for the future."
