Rotork Plc, the global flow control and instrumentation group, announces that Stuart Pain has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 14 June 2021.

Stuart, a qualified solicitor, has over 20 years of international experience, having held roles in the telecoms, financial services and catering & hospitality sectors. This includes roles at Clifford Chance LLP, BT Group Plc and, most recently, at Compass Group Plc as Deputy Group General Counsel & Company Secretary. Stuart also joins the Rotork Management Board.
