Rotork Plc, a market leading solution provider for the actuation, flow control and industrial markets, announce the appointment of Helen Barrett-Hague as Company Secretary, with immediate effect.   

Chief Executive Kevin Hostetler commented "I'm delighted to announce Helen's appointment as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary. Helen has held a number of General Counsel and Company Secretary roles and brings a wealth of experience from different sectors."

Helen takes over from Sarah Parsons, who undertook the role following the retirement of Stephen Jones.  We wish to thank Sarah for her support in the interim period.
