Company Secretary Change

The Company announces the appointment of Sarah Parsons as Company Secretary with effect from 2 August 2018.

Sarah Parsons is a Solicitor admitted to practise in both England and Wales and Australia. Sarah has been with Rotork since November 2015 and in addition to being Company Secretary will continue in her role as Senior Legal Counsel.

Sarah takes over following the retirement of Stephen Jones.  Stephen Jones has served as Company Secretary since in 1999.  We wish to thank him for his dedicated service and contribution to the Company.
