Exercise of Options, Director/PDMR Dealing

The Company announces today that application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") of 240,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), pursuant to the exercise of share options by John O'Hara, Non-Executive Director, under the Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme Option Plan. Options over 240,000 Ordinary Shares have been exercised with an exercise price of 0.5p each. Following the exercise of options John O'Hara's beneficial holding in the Company is 1,598,281 ordinary shares, representing 0.82 per cent. of Rosslyn's Ordinary Shares.

Admission is expected to occur on or around 21 June 2019, with the new Ordinary Shares ranking pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 192,915,521 Ordinary Shares.
