Director/PDMR Shareholding

Rosslyn Data Technologies plc (AIM: RDT), a leading provider of a cloud-based enterprise data analytics platform, was notified on 3 December 2014 that Charles Clark, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, dematerialised his entire holding in order to procure that his shareholding was held within CREST.  This process necessitated the transfer of his entire holding of 9,506,072 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Lynchwood Nominees Ltd.

Following the transfer, Mr Clark's interest in the Company remains unchanged and he continues to be interested in 9,506,072 Ordinary Shares representing 12.60% of the Company's current issued share capital.
