Rosslyn Data Technologies plc (AIM: RDT), a leading global big data technology company, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held on 30 October 2018, all resolutions were duly passed.

These include the resolutions which effect the resignation of John O'Hara as Chairman and re-election as a Non-Executive Director, and the appointment of James Appleby as Non-Executive Chairman.
