कारणीभूत आहे. परंतु वाढलेले कर-उत्पन्न पाहता, आता तरी ग्राहकांना सरकारकडून दिलासा मिळेल काय? या प्रश्नाला केंद्रीय अप्रत्यक्ष कर मंडळाचे अध्यक्ष अजित कुमार यांनी होकारार्थी उत्तर दिले आहे. कर कपातीच्या मुद्द्याचा निरंतर विचार सुरूच, सरकारकडून त्या संबंधाने लवकरच ठोस निर्णय घेतला जाऊ गकेल. असे त्यांनी पत्रकारांगी बोलताना स्पष्ट केले. सरकारने गेल्या वर्षात पेट्रोलवरील अबकारी शुल्कात प्रति लिटर १३ रुपयांची, तर डिझेलवर करभारात प्रति लिटर १६ रुपयांची वाढ केली आहे. त्यामुळे पेट्रोलच्या किमतीत एकूण केंद्रीय अबकारी शुल्काचा भार हा प्रति लिटर ३२.९० रुपये (३६ टके) आणि डिझेलच्या किमतीत ३१.८० रुपये (३९ टक्के) इतका आहे. राज्यांकडून वसूल होणारे मूल्यवर्धित कर, उपकर जमेस धरल्यास इंधनाच्या किमतीत करांचा हिस्सा ५५ ते ६० टक्क्यांवर जातो.

आणि अबकारी शुल्क असे एकूण अप्रत्यक्ष करापोटी ९.८९ लाख कोटी नियंत्रण म्हणून देशव्यापी टाळेबंदी ्रुपयांच्या लक्ष्याच्या तुलनेत सरकारला लाग करण्याऐवजी केवळ बाधित केवळ ९.५४ लाख कोटी रुपये गोळा क्षेत्रांवर सूक्ष्म रूपात लक्ष दिले जायला करता आले होते. हवे. करोनाबाधितांच्या मृत्यूचे प्रमाण सरलेल्या २०२०-२१ मध्ये जीएसटीपोटी एकूण ५.४८ लाख भारतात तुलनेत कमी असल्याचे निरीक्षण नोंदवत 'मूडीज'ने याचे श्रेय कोटी रुपये आहे. मार्च २०२१ अशा लोकसंख्येतील मोठ्या प्रमाणातील वित्त वर्षाच्या अंतिम महिन्यात १.२४ तरुणांच्या प्रमाणाला दिले आहे. लाख कोटी रुपये असा विक्रमी भारतात अधिकाधिक लोकसंख्या जीएसटी महसुल गोळा केला गेला.

लसीकरणाच्या कक्षेत यायला हवी. अशी गरजही तिने प्रतिपादली आहे. अनिश्चितता पाहता, जानेवारी ते डिसेंबर २०२१ या दरम्यान देशाच्या

राहिल, असा मुडीजचा अंदाज आहे.

अनुभवलेल्या टाळेबंदी वर्षात देशातील प्रवासी वाहन विक्रीला फटका बसला आहे. या संपूर्ण वित्त वर्षात चारचाकी वाहनांच्या विक्रीत २.२४ टक्के तर दुचाकीत तब्बल १३.१९ टक्के घसरण नोंदली गेली आहे.

आर्थिक वर्ष २०२०-२१ मध्ये देशांतर्गत प्रवासी वाहन विक्री २.२४ टक्क्यांनी रोडावून २७.११ लाख झाली आहे. तर दुचाकी विक्री १३.१९ टक्क्यांनी घसरून १.५१ कोटी झाली आहे. आधीच्या वित्त वर्षात चारचाकी व दुचाकीची विक्री अनुक्रमे २७.७३ लाख व १.७४

कोटी होती. भारतातील वाहन विक्रीवर परिणाम टाळेबंदीचा विपरीत झाल्याचे वाहन निर्मिती कंपन्यांची 'सियाम'ने देशव्यापी संघटना इंडियन (सोसायटी ऑफ ऑटोमोबाइल मॅन्युफॅक्चरर्स) ने

नमद केले आहे. गेल्या आर्थिक वर्षात देशात ५.६८ लाख वाणिज्य वापराची वाहने

विकली गेली. आधीच्या वित्त वर्षाच्या तुलनेत त्यात यंदा २०.७७ टक्के घसरण झाली आहे. तर २.१६ लाख तीनचाकी वाहनांची विक्री झाली. या वाहन प्रकारातील घसरण थेट ६६.०६ टक्के आहे. सर्व गटातील वाहने मिळून देशात गेल्या आर्थिक वर्षात १.८६ कोटी वाहनांची विक्री झाली आहे. वार्षिक तुलनेत त्यात १३.६ टक्के घसरण नोंदली

गेल्या वित्त वर्षाच्या शेवटच्या तिमाहीत प्रवासी वाहने वगळता इतर सर्व गटांतील वाहन विक्रीत घसरण झाल्याचे 'सिआम'चे महासंचालक राजेश मेनन यांनी सांगितले. त्यातही तीनचाकी वाहन विक्रीला अधिक फटका बसल्याचेही ते म्हणाले. दरम्यान, आर्थिक वर्षाच्या शेवटच्या महिन्यात - मार्चमध्ये मात्र सर्वच गटातील वाहन विक्रीत जवळपास दुप्पट विक्री झाल्याचे सोमवारी स्पष्ट झाले.

'ग्रीन चिप स्कीम'

सेबी यांनी १९ मार्च २०२१ दिनांकित त्यांचा आदेश डब्ल्युटीएम/एसएम/आयएमडी/सीआयएस/१०/२०२०-२१ नुसार अन्य गोष्टींबरोबर, वरील कंपन्यांना त्यांची ग्रीन चिप स्कीम आवरण्याचा व या योजनेखाली त्यांनी गोळा केलेली रक्कम वर्गणीदारांना/ गुंतवणूकदारांना योजनेच्या। प्रस्तावाच्या शर्तींनुसार त्यांना देय असल्याप्रमाणे काटेकोरपणे परत देण्याचा आदेश दिला आहे.
