Rosneft completed dividend payments for 2019

On July 14, 2020, Rosneft completed dividend payments for 2019 approved by the Annual General Shareholder Meeting (AGSM) of Rosneft Oil Company on June 2, 2020.

Total dividend payment amounted to 191,466.31 million rubles. The dividends were paid to holders of 99.98 % of Rosneft shares.

At the same time, dividend payments to the shareholders listed on the Company's shareholder register were made ahead of schedule approved by the AGSM of Rosneft Oil Company.

For reference:

Rosneft shareholders at the AGSM on June 02, 2020 resolved to allocate 191.5 billion rubles for the payment of dividends on Rosneft shares for 2019 (18 rubles 07 kopecks per one issued share).

Taking into account the payment of interim dividends for H1 2019, the total dividend per share for 2019 amounts to 33 rubles 41 kopecks. The total dividend payout reached a record 354.1 billion rubles, which corresponds to 50% of the Company's IFRS net profit attributable to the shareholders of Rosneft.
