Rosneft Oil Company (the «Company») announces that for the period starting from 23.03.2020 till 27.03.2020 the following number of its ordinary shares/GDRs has been purchased through UBS on the Moscow Exchange/London Stock Exchange.

These transactions form a part of the open market share buyback program (the «Program») approved by the Board of Directors and announced on August 6, 2018.

In respect of this Program, UBS will make trading decisions and execute transactions independently according to pre-agreed parameters until December 31, 2020.

Shares and GDRs repurchased will be held in treasury of the Rosneft Group upon completion of the Program. Following the above transactions, the number of ordinary shares and GDRs repurchased as part of the Program is 4,936,260 shares and 1,889,977 GDRs.
