Rosneft BOD Extends the Terms of Authority of Igor Sechin for 5 years

Rosneft Board of Directors held a scheduled meeting. In compliance with the guidelines of the Government of the Russian Federation Rosneft BoD appointed Igor Sechin as CEO of the Company starting May, 24 2015.

In accordance with the corporate Charter of Rosneft the Board of Directors approved the contract with Igor Sechin for the term of five years. The terms of the contract are determined by the Company's Payments and Compensations Standard for top managers.
