Rosneft President and Management Board Members Increase Stakes in Charter Capital

Rosneft President and members of the Management Board have increased their interests in the Company's charter capital as follows:

·    Igor Sechin, President, Chairman of the Management Board of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0% to 0.0075%

·    Larisa Kalanda, member of the Management Board, Vice President of Rosneft, increased her holding from 0.0118% to 0.0168%

·    Yuri Kalinin, member of the Management Board, Vice President of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0% to 0.0001%

·    Didier Casimiro, member of the Management Board, Vice President of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0% to 0.0011%

·    Peter Lazarev, member of the Management Board, Financial director of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0.0011% to 0.0027%

·    Igor Pavlov, member of the Management Board, Vice President of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0.000003% to 0.0010%

·    Andrey Votinov, member of the Management Board, Vice President of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0% to 0.00001%
