1. Résumé de la notification

La Société Rosier S.A. a reçu le 16 juin 2021 la notification de transparence suivante datée du 16 juin 2021 : « Le 29 octobre 2020, le Groupe Mubadala a cédé au Groupe OMV 39% de sa participation dans le Groupe Borealis. Par cette opération, le Groupe OMV a porté sa participation dans le Groupe Borealis de 36 % à 75 %. La participation du Groupe Mubadala dans le Groupe Borealis est ainsi passée de 64 % à 25 %. »

On 29 October 2020, the Mubadala Group divested to the OMV Group 39% of its stake in the Borealis Group Through this transaction, the OMV Group increased its stake in the Borealis Group from 36% to 75% The Mubadala Group's stake in the Borealis Group therefore decreased from 64% to 25%
