La Société ROSIER SA à reçu le 4 juillet 2013 de Borealis AG, ayant son siège social à IZD Tower, Wagramer Strasse 17-19, 1220 Vienna, Austria, une notification de transparence déposée auprès de la FSMA, en vue de refléter la cession de 145.000 actions ROSIER de Elf Aquitaine (Total) à Borealis AG, qui a été réalisée le 28 juin 2013.

Suite à cette opération, la participation directe de Borealis AG dans ROSIER est de 56,86% depuis le 28 juin 2013.
