De Vennootschap ROSIER SA heeft op 4 juli 2013 van Borealis AG, met maatschappelijke zetel te IZD Tower, Wagramer Strasse 17-19, 1220 Wenen, Oostenrijk, een transparantiemelding gekregen, neergelegd bij de FSMA, met het oog op de weergave van de overdracht van 145.000 ROSIER aandelen van Elf Aquitaine (Total) aan Borealis AG, die werd afgesloten op 28 juni 2013.

Na deze operatie bedraagt de rechtstreekse deelneming van Borealis AG in ROSIER 56.86%, sinds 28 juni 2013.
