Transparency notification

In accordance with article 14 of the Belgian law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of important holdings in issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market, Rosier SA (the Company) hereby announces that, following the completion of its capital increase on 29 July 2022² (the Capital Increase), it has received a transparency notification dated 29 October 2022 from Michel Limelette, indicating that as form the Capital Increase, his aggregate holding of voting rights in the Company has fallen below the minimum transparency notification threshold of 2% (the "Notification").
