Transparency notification

The Company ROSIER SA received on 4 July 2013 from Borealis AG, having its registered office at IZD Tower, Wagramer Strasse 17-19, 1220 Vienna, Austria, a transparency notification filed with the FSMA, in order to reflect the transfer of 145,000 ROSIER shares from Elf Aquitaine (Total) to Borealis AG, which was completed on 28 June 2013.

Following this operation, the direct participation of Borealis AG in ROSIER amounts to 56.86%, since 28 June 2013.
