In continuance of its strategy of growth, the Rosenbauer Group intends to acquire a 90 percent stake in the Slovenian fire-fighting vehicle manufacturer Mettis International d.o.o. The company manufactures fire-fighting vehicles at Gornja Radgona, near Maribor in Slovenia. Mettis has around 60 employees and posted revenues of 6.4 Mio EUR in 2011. Further inquiry note:
