Annual Result 14.03.2018
Leonding - During the preparation of the annual financial statements, irregularities at an investee in Germany were determined. On the basis of the current state of knowledge of the 2017 consolidated financial statements, these irregularities lead to an extraordinary impairment of EUR 3.5 million. A forensic examination by Internal Audit with the assistance of external experts was instigated immediately. The Executive Board will provide the necessary structural and personnel resources and implement further measures after the result of the forensic examination is known.
