Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that Rose Merc Limited (“ Rose Merc ”) has incorporated two new subsidiaries viz - Eshwariy Shakti Spiritual Tourism Private Limited (“ Eshwariy Shakti ”) and Rosemerc Trading Private Limited (“ Rosemerc Trading ”) details of which form part of Annexure A.

The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123dated July 13, 2023 for aforesaid is enclosed as Annexure A .
