Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to our announcement made on May 06, 2024, May 10, 2024 and March 26, 2025 regarding acquisition of Bhaktiworld Media and Entertainment Private Limited, we wish to further inform that Bhaktiworld Media and Entertainment Private Limited has ceased to be a subsidiary of Rose Merc Limited.

This change is due to resignation effective from closing hours of 27th March, 2025 of one of director appointed as nominee of Rose Merc Limited on the Board of Bhaktiworld Media and Entertainment Private Limited resulting in cessation of control by the Company on Bhaktiworld Media and Entertainment Private Limited.
