1. To consider, ratify and approve the Related Party Transactions with our subsidiary Emirates Holding FZ LLC.

2. To approve the draft notice of Postal Ballot and e-voting process for seeking shareholders’ approval on the proposed resolutions.

3. To consider and approve the appointment of Ms. Eshwari Purvesh Shelatkar as Additional Executive Director. 4. To consider and approve the proposal for issuance of Equity shares, warrants and / or other securities of the company by way of preferential issue or through any other permissible mode and / or combination thereof as may be considered appropriate, subject to such approvals as may be required under applicable laws for consideration in cash or otherwise.
