We wish to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”),the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on June 29, 2020 has appointed Mr. Monil Shah, Company Secretary of the Company had also appointed as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) w.e.f. June 29, 2020. Mr. Monil Shah had replaced Ms. Jaini Jain who resigned from the position w.e.f June 29, 2020 due to his preoccupation.
