We draw attention of all the Members of Rose Merc Limited (“the Company”) to the Notice of the AGM dated 7[th] July, 2023 circulated for convening of the 39[th] Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company scheduled to be held on Thursday 3rd August, 2023 at 04:00 P.M through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
