Election of New Director

On April 5, 2018, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Roper Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) elected Shellye L. Archambeau as a new director of the Company. The Company anticipates that Ms. Archambeau will be appointed to one or more of the Board’s committees in June.

A copy of the news release dated April 6, 2018, announcing the election described above, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
