In order to correct an inadvertent omission, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP has amended its Consent of Independent Registered Certified Public Accounting Firm, which is exhibit 23.1 to the Form 10-K of Roper Industries, Inc. (the "Company") for the year ended December 31, 2012 filed on February 25, 2013, so as to add references to the Company's Registration Statements on Form S-8 (Nos. 33-78026, 333-36897, 333-35648, 333-59130, 333-105920, and 333-182779 ). The amended consent is attached to this report as Exhibit 23.1.
