IncentiaPay Completes the Performance Marketing Transaction
IncentiaPay Limited (ASX: INP) ( IncentiaPay or the Company ) announced to the market on 12 April 2019 that it had entered into a binding agreement to divest its Performance Marketing business through the sale of all of the shares in Blackglass Pty Ltd ACN 114 807 340 (the Transaction ).
Today, IncentiaPay is pleased to confirm it has completed the Transaction on the terms previously disclosed.
