AGREEMENT WITH CHINA E-COMMERCE COMPANY - CORRECTION

e-Commerce company RooLife Group Ltd ( ASX:RLG ) (“ RLG ” or “ Company ”) provides an update to today’s announcement referencing a proposed placement to China-based e-commerce and supply chain business, Fujian Jushi Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd (“ Fujian Jushi Supply Chain ”) noting that there was a typographical error in the announcement and the proposed placement price is $0.0085 per fully paid ordinary share.

All other elements of the announcement are as per the earlier release.
