RooLife Rights Issue Timetable Clarification

e-Commerce and digital marketing company RooLife Group Ltd ( ASX: RLG ) (“ RooLife Group ” or the “ Company ”) advises that the timetable in the covering release to the Prospectus for its pro-rata nonrenounceable rights issue released on 25 August 2020 disclosed an Ex-Date of 8 August 2020. As disclosed in the Company’s announcements of 21 August 2020 and in the Prospectus lodged on 25 August 2020, the Ex-Date is 8 September 2020.
