Description

OpenDNA Limited (“Company”) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (“ASX”) on Tuesday 15 November 2016.

Official quotation of the Company’s securities will commence at 1:30pm AEDT (10:30am WST) on Wednesday, 16 November 2016.

The Company raised $8 million pursuant to the offer under the replacement prospectus dated 6 October 2016 (“Prospectus”) by the issue of 40,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares (“Shares”) at an issue price of $0.20 per Share.
