Resignation of Joint Company Secretary
e-Commerce and digital marketing company RooLife Group Ltd ( ASX:RLG ) (“ RLG ” or “ Company ”) advises of the resignation of Mr Peter Torre from the role of Joint Company Secretary of RooLife Group effective immediately, with current Joint Company Secretary Mrs Jyotika Gondariya who is also the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, assuming sole responsibility for the role.
This follows the appointment of Ms Gondariya in March 2022 to the role of Joint Company Secretary and completes the planned transition of this role.
The Directors of RooLife Group Limited thank Mr Torre for his valuable input and support during his tenure and wish Mr Torre well with his future endevours.
