Appointment of Joint Company Secretary
e-Commerce and digital marketing company RooLife Group Ltd ( ASX:RLG ) (“ RLG ” or “Company”) is pleased to advise of the appointment of the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Mrs Jyotika Gondariya, as joint Company Secretary of RooLife Group effective immediately.
Mrs Gondariya is a well-credentialled finance professional with over 10-years’ experience with publicly listed and private entities in the technology, resources and construction sectors with 5-years’ experience working in audit services. Mrs Gondariya has been involved in financial reporting, initial public offerings and implementation of corporate strategies through her career and the new role forms a natural expansion of her duities as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.
With the appointment both Mr Peter Torre and Mrs Jyotika Gondariya will act as Joint Company Secretaries.
The Directors of RooLife Group Limited welcome Mrs Gondariya to the role.
