RoodMicrotec – Transfer of warrants ISIN NL0011556972 with EUR 0.21 exercise price

As announced in the press release of 3 March 2016, RoodMicrotec will grant its shareholders and/ or option holders, who hold RoodMicrotec shares and/ or options on record date 31 March 2016 at 17.40 hour, 1 (one) warrant for every 20 (twenty) ordinary shares and/ or options.

Delivery of these warrants will take place in a couple of days.

These warrants will be added to the existing warrant trading code WROD2 and ISIN code NL0011556972 which is listed on Euronext Amsterdam.

Both the delivery of the warrants and the listing on Euronext are handled by SNS Securities N.V.

The warrants can be exercised by notifying SNS Securities N.V. through the bank or financial broker.

The exercise periods of these warrants are as follows:

Maturity date existing warrants extended

In addition, RoodMicrotec announces that the maturity date of the existing Warrants under trading code WROD2 and ISIN code NL0011556972 will be extended from 10 January 2017 until 31 December 2018.
