RoodMicrotec - Delivering and Listing of Warrants

Delivery of the warrants, as described in the warrant plan published on 30 September 2013, took place on 15 November. In accordance with this plan, RoodMicrotec has allocated to its shareholders and option holders, who held shares or options on shares as of 30 September 2013 at 5:40 pm (the ’Registration Date’), 1 warrant for every 12 shares and/or options. Euroclear Nederland has ensured the delivery of the warrants through the bank/financial broker of the shareholder/option holder where the shares were in custody as at the Registration Date. The warrants were listed on NYSE Euronext Amsterdam as of 15 November 2013.
