RoodMicrotec: definitive finalisation date of annual accounts and audit

Making reference to our earlier press releases of 25 February 2015 and 12 March 2015, we hereby inform you that the annual accounts and the audit of these accounts will be finished no later than on 30 April 2015, and that the results for 2014 will be published on this date. The convening notice for the annual general meeting, to be held on 11 June 2015, will be sent out on the same date.
