The Board of Directors of RomReal Ltd has approved on Tuesday 09 April 2019
after the close of business, the 2018 annual report including the 2018 audited
financial statements, and the 2018 audit report. Please see attached the 2018
annual report and audit report.
Please note that the 2019 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at
Burnaby Building, 16 Burnaby street, Hamilton, HM11, Bermuda on 17 April 2019 at
13.00 Bermuda Time.
