Strategic Investment Update
Rome Resources Plc (AIM: RMR), the DRC-focused tin explorer, provides the following update in relation to the Company's Strategic Investment. The Company confirms that the Subscription monies from Stanvic have now been received.
Accordingly, it is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Subscription Shares will commence on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on or around 30 December 2024, taking into account the intervening Bank Holidays.
The same definitions apply throughout this announcement as those set out in the Company's announcement released on 17 December 2024, unless the context requires otherwise.
