Grant of share options

Pathfinder announces that it has granted 5,000,000 options over the Company's ordinary shares ("Share Options") to Peter Taylor, Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

The Share Options are exercisable at a price of 1.25 pence per share until 3 October 2023.

The award was made following an annual review by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee to support the retention of key personnel.
