Grant of share options

Further to the Company's announcement of 25 May 2021, Pathfinder announces that it has now granted 6,000,000 share options over the Company's ordinary shares ("Share Options") to Mark Gasson, an independent non-executive director of the Company.

The Share Options are over 6,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company and will be exercisable at a price of 1.25 pence per share until 8 June 2023.

Following this award, the directors have the following interests in share options over the Company's ordinary shares:
