Pathfinder announces that Peter Taylor, Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company, acquired, in aggregate, 3,150,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 19 January 2021 at an average price of 0.51 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result, Mr Taylor's total beneficial interest in the Company is now 14,350,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.60 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
