Pathfinder Minerals PLC (AIM:PFP), an AIM Rule 15 cash shell, announces that Edouard Etienvre has been appointed as independent non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Edouard Etienvre is a seasoned executive with over 18 years of experience in the energy and natural resources sectors. Initially in the banking sector (reserve-based lending) and more recently with private and public energy and mining companies, commodities trading houses as well as shipping and infrastructure companies. Edouard has extensive project management, risk assessment, commercial, business development and financing expertise. Edouard holds a MSc in Management from KEDGE Business School.
