Rolls-Royce announces today that the Board and John McAdam have agreed to extend John's appointment as a Non-executive Director until our Annual General Meeting to be held on 4 May 2017.  He will not stand for re-election at our Annual General Meeting, after serving on the Rolls-Royce Board for over nine years.
