ATLANTA, GEORGIA, May 17, 2018: Rollins, Inc. (NYSE:ROL), a premier global consumer and commercial services company announced that the company, has purchased the stock of Guardian Pest Control, operating in the United Kingdom.

The Company hereby incorporates by reference herein the information set forth in its Press Release dated May 17, 2018, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
