Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has completed the sale of shares of its Material Subsidiary Company, R T Packaging Limited, upon obtaining approval from its shareholders vide EGM held on 09[th] April 2025 and the voting results were announced on 15[th] April, 2025 by the Company.

The disclosure requirements pertaining to the above business pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR} Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI's circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13.7.2023 and other requisite details forms part of the disclosure filed with the stock exchange on March 17, 2025 and Extra- Ordinary Meeting Notice filed with the stock exchange on March 18, 2025.

Accordingly, the transaction for Sale of entire investment in the Material Subsidiary Company, R T Packaging Liited, completed and the transaction stands closed on 15.04.2025. Consequently, R T Packaging Limited ceased to be the Subsidiary Company.
