Subject: Intimation of Sale of Shares of Material Subsidiary Company

Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in reference to our earlier intimation dated 15th April, 2025 , we wish to inform you that the Company has completed the transaction for the disinvestment of shares of its material subsidiary company, R T Packaging Limited , on 13th November, 2025 .

The disclosure requirements pertaining to the above business pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR} Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI's circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13.7.2023 and other requisite details forms part of the disclosure filed with the stock exchange on March 17, 2025.

Accordingly, the transaction for the sale of shares in the material subsidiary company, R T Packaging Limited, has been completed and the transaction stands closed on 13 November 2025 . Consequently, R T Packaging Limited has ceased to be a subsidiary company.
